Planning your Casino Night party is easy! We custom design each party for your special occasion and location. We generally arrive one to three hours before the beginning of the party to set up gaming and prize tables, decorations and a professional sound system. We play background music which helps everyone get into the mood of the event - options include Western, Las Vegas ("Rat Pack"), Jimmy Buffet, or Calypso -or- you may provide your own.
Normally, we prefer to have places at the gaming tables for at least 70% of your guests. However, if no other activity is part of your event, then we recommend a place for almost everyone (space permitting). For groups over 200, we will call Bingo every 15 minutes for guests not gaming.
All of our dealers dress in appropriate costumes to match your theme. We start all games at the beginner level and teach the basics first. Our dealers are friendly and will "help" players win when necessary.
We hand out play money ("Buffalo Bucks") at the beginning of the event - $1000 for most events; less for fund raisers. If desired, you may copy and customize our Bucks for your special event.
If cost is an issue, guests can serve as volunteer dealers for some blackjack and poker tables. We teach your volunteers how to deal before the gaming begins, and can provide vests and bow ties or decorative shirts for them.
Prices include two to three hours of gaming and may run longer by prior arrangement. Prices also include us running either an auction or opportunity prize drawing at the end of the gaming. You can provide the prizes (we recommend at least 20 per 100 guests) or have your guests bring "white elephant" gifts. The idea is to have an entertaining climax for the evening. The auction is lots of fun, but for groups over 200 a ticket drawing is faster. This part of the evening can run from thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the number of prizes available.
Other options include:
- pre-gaming entertainment (professional magicians and musicians)
- Karaoke (DJ, with over 1100 songs)
- stage shows ("Elvis" or others)
- entertainment for children (magic shows or "Kids Tables" where they play fun games for candy or prizes
